Delivery Updates

UPDATE, I have been advised by my doctors to take 3 MONTHS  off work to allow my body to heal and get well enough again as at the moment I have Lyme, Bartonella and Babeosis in my blood so all orders placed before September 15th will qualify for free delivery and will be shipped out on my return on either the 15th or 16th of September 2026.

I will be back in work intermittently over the next 3 months so please accept my apologies if your order is delayed getting shipped out.

99% of Orders placed by 2:30pm Tuesday , Wednesday and Thursday are Delivered within 4  Days by either Parcelforce or DHL Couriers.

Monday is our Busiest day so the cut off time for a Tuesday shipping is 12 midday Monday.

We offer Free Delivery on All Products when you spend £65 or more to all of the UK.

Please allow up to 5 days for courier delivery before you call us to track a missing parcel.

Smaller items are sent out via Royal Mail.

Royal Mail feed into the wider EU postal and courier network so matter where you live we can ship to all EU countries and even some not within the EU.
